[Plugin: Easy Contact] Some suggestions

This plugin is perhaps the first form plugin that spits out XHTML code that I like. However, it is a bit limited. So, I’d like to give a few suggestions for improving this plugin:
In the administration page, make a checkbox next to each form element option to be able to in- or exclude it from the form. For instance, I don’t need the field ‘Website’ and I don’t really need the form legends as well.
I like to track submissions with Google Analytics so instead of submitting to PHP_SELF or REQUEST_URI it would be nice to be able to choose a page (or post?) to redirect to after submission. If you decide to implement something like this, it would be great if you could do that without any javascript or meta refresh (some plugins do this) and just do it with a 301 redirect or just set the form action to the other URL.
To the reader: What do you think about these suggestions? Do you have any?
