[Plugin: Easy FancyBox] display direct link in title

a quick look at your code suggests to me you need to put a # in front of the title in your javascript to successfully reference the id in the DOM tree. Like this:

jQuery('#<?php the_title(); ?>').fancybox().trigger('click');

Also, using class="fancybox" on the link is not needed. The id will be enough…

Thanks for the plugin – really simple and easy… as the name might suggest.

My only issue is that it doesn’t seem to allow for the title to be placed inside the image as an overlay. I read that you were working on this for the next version.. any update on that or have you gotten tied up with other work?

Plantzdog, the title should be displayed as overlay by default. Check on Settings > Media the option Title Position under Images & Inline content.

If it is still not working, please give me a link so I can take a look.
