  • Are you relying on auto-detection or are you using class=”fancybox” for these image links?

    In case of the first one, make sure you have inlcuded all image extensions that you need in the auto-detect field and the choose Apply to: All image links.

    I’m actually having a similar problem. I have made sure everything is checked with auto-detection. For us laymen, could you give an example of how to add the class=”fancybox” to the image links? Someone else recommended it but I’m not sure how it works. Do you just include it at the end of the link url? Thanks in advance!!!

    If you have set:
    1. auto-detection (have at least .jpg .jpeg and maybe .png .gif in the auto-detect field, depending on what image formats you are using on your site); and
    2. apply to “all image links”;
    in the FancyBox options, then you do not need to add the class="fancybox" attribute to your links. This last part option is only for those that know how to edit HTML using the HTML tab…

    If it does not work for you, please see Trouble Shooting section on https://www.ads-software.com/extend/plugins/easy-fancybox/other_notes/ or give me a link to the page on your site where it is not working and I might be able to tell you more about what is going wrong.
