[Plugin: Easy Fancybox] Not working on home page

Anyone know why Easy Fancybox (I use it to create a Gravity Forms popup) works on individual posts and pages but not on the home page?

For example:
https://www.sytzedevries.com (on the slide with “Uitgaven bestellen” try to click ‘klik hier’)

Individual page: https://www.sytzedevries.com/portfolio/bij-gelegenheid-i/ just click on “Bestellen”
