[Plugin: Easy FTP Upload] Can't figure out how to upload/install a plugin.

For the life of me, I cannot figure out how to install Blog Control. I’d like AdSense on my blog, but I’m starting to feel ‘short bus’ special here. If someone could give me easy to follow, step-by-step instructions, I’d be over the moon happy.
