[Plugin: Easy Restaurant Menu Manager] Transfer licence?

I downloaded the free plugin and love it and defenitely want to purchase the extended version to have all the options.
I installed it on a test site I’m using to prepare a site mockup for a new client.
My question is if I purchase the extended version and install it on my test site, can I then uninstall and reinstall on the live site?
