[Plugin: EasyCart] Remove Address fields in Billing Information

I am trying to set up somewhat of an ecommerce site for this business who is just wanting to take reservations orders for certain Farmers Markets, therefore they are not needing their customer’s Address, City, State or Zipcode. They just want the Name, Phone number, and Email address.

I’m currently using EasyCart, and was wondering if anybody knows how to remove the Address, City, State, Zipcode, and Country from the Billing Information in the Checkout Details.

I would also not mind any other recommendations for a plugin that will allow me to have multiple “shipping” methods (1 for each Market they attend), these certain fields being able to be removed, and variants for productions.
