[Plugin: Edit Flow] Feature request – User Group restricted to category

It’s currently possible, but you’d need to implement a bit of code. Do you have functionality like this now? Can you better describe your use case?

We have a WP installation with 3 categories for posts – 2 of them contain the actual content – travel stories by external authors – and the 3rd one is a general blog by our organization where we would post updates about what we are doing. This third category would be managed by one or more volunteers.

Now I would like to put the volunteers into one group and then restrict this group to handle only the 3rd category. This should prevent them from accidentally messing up the rest (the first two categories are automatically posted to other media, send via newsletter etc., so I better keep them closed).
