    Hello,

First: This is a great plugin. It will really help us manage posts to our DMTalentNow.com blog.

I was trying to work only in the calendar. For draft topics we want to add but not yet schedule, I’ve tried adding a “New Draft” in the Unscheduled column. I do get the copy box for title and body, but I can’t click the “Save” button. The blue button has grayed out “Save” text and doesn’t do anything.

New drafts work fine when entered on a date. Reloading the calendar doesn’t change anything. The unscheduled draft post is not added to the regular WP All Posts list.

Is this a known issue or perhaps just something with my install?

    Thanks for the help!

    Hi Peter,

Thanks for using the Editorial Calendar. I’m sorry you’re having an issue with it.

The issue saving unscheduled drafts is a known problem in version 2.3 and we’ve fixed it in the next version which should be out soon. In the mean time you can create a new draft with the standard WordPress UI. It will end up in the unscheduled drafts folder as long as you don’t schedule it for a specific date.

    Thanks,
    Zack
