[Plugin: Editorial Calendar] Up/Down Arrows & Page Up/Down out of sync

  • Hi,

    Have been using the plugin for months now and love it. ??

    Since the last update, though, I’ve noticed that the up/down arrows and the page up/down buttons do opposite things. It’s a little confusing.

    Right now, when I use the up arrow, the calendar itself moves up, so my view moves *forward* in time. But when I use the Page Up button, the calendar itself moves down, so my view moves *backward* in time.

    Before the last update, I believe both the up arrow and the PgUp key moved me backward in time.

    Could both “up” keys and both “down” keys be put in sync again, so that they do the same things?

  • Thank you for finding this issue. We changed the way we respond to the arrow keys on the keyboard in the previous version and introduced this bug. It should be fixed in the next release.

    Thank you! I’m so glad to hear this will be fixed.

    Scrolling was also affected. If I scroll up or down, it always goes backwards in time.

    I’m not sure I understand your comment. Could you tell me a little more about what’s happening in your calendar? What version are you using?

    Version 1.7

    I use the scroll wheel on my mouse. In prior version, scrolling up would go back in time and scrolling down would go forward in time but now scrolling either direction makes you go back in time.

    Thank you for finding this issue. I see it too. I’ve just checked in a fix for the mouse wheel and it should be part of the next release.
