[Plugin: Efficient Related Posts] Related post to post title

Hi, This is a great plugin and works well in multisite too, with minimal set up required for each blog (important for large multiuser blogs)
I’ve often seen related posts displayed with text like:
Posts related to (Post Title)
This would be better for SEO, and remind the reader what the post title is (useful for long posts)

I’ve tried editing the plugin code to display this but haven’t been able to change the “Related Posts” text.
It would be great if this was an option on the main screen to.
Otherwise, perhaps I can do it by using the shortcode in my theme,
