  • Hi sillybean,

I’ve been running Elastic on 3.0 (trunk) without a problem. A link to “Elastic Editor” should appear in the Appearance menu when the plugin is activated. Could you provide a screenshot?

    Same problem here.

Elastic shows up in the plugins section, and can be activated. Then it shows in the appearance tab, and I can edit/build a theme, but when I hit ‘save’ nothing happens.
There are no new themes in the theme section…

I’m on local server, Mac OSX, php 5 and WP 2.9.2. Elastic v. 0.0.3

Other then that, Elastic seems like a great plugin, and I can’t wait for a working version ??

    Hi,
i have the same problem, when i try to save a theme, i get a “working” message and then disappears and nothing happens and no theme is created… my blog (WP 2.9.2) runs on a hosting linux, php 5.2.6-1+lenny6…
    Thanks…

I have the same problem with a freshly installed wp 3.0 installation. The Elastic plugin installs and works nicely, but won’t save the themes.

Did anyone eventually come up with a solution?

Am extremely anxious to get started. ??

Same here on wp 3.0.1. Themes were not saved.

    SOLUTION:

I had the same problem of themes not saving when testing on a free host,
but it worked fine on paid hosting.

I believe this is caused by file permissions as you are overwriting via webpage not ftp.

Try increasing permissions or just use the editor on another host then import the theme you created.
