[Plugin: Enable Media Replace] Error writing header

Tried to replace first image and got error:
Warning: Cannot modify header information – headers already sent by (output started at /home/XXX/public_html/wp/wp-admin/admin-header.php:19) in /home/XXX/public_html/wp/wp-includes/pluggable.php on line 890
My images are stored in a special folder as defined in “Media Settings”
