fetch_mail: DateTime::__construct(): Failed to parse time string (Sat, 18 Aug 2007 14:05:12 Pacific Daylight Time) at position 26 (P): The timezone could not be found in the database

I am experiencing an error when attempting to run Postie manually. The error message I am receiving is as above.

I am using Postie in my website cyberzing.com and it was working fine before. May recent updates introduced this issue.

I would appreciate your assistance in resolving this issue. If you could provide any guidance or troubleshooting steps, it would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you in advance for your help.

Sounds like your email client is not formatting the date/time in a way PHP understands.

You can try setting Ignore Email Date to yes and see if that solves the problem.

If not you’ll need to install the support addon and follow the instruction on how to collect and send me some logs.
