I tried turning off the plugings in the cpanel and nothing happened.

Anyone have a similar problem and know a solution?

  • I think the error might be telling you that there seems to be a corrupted or missing file in the “captcha” plugin. Try using your FTP client or the file manager in your hosts control panel to rename or remove the “captcha” plugin directory. You may also need to clear or reset any caching you might be using after you do.

    mslarc,

I’m having the same problem with my website, but I don’t understand the jargon enough to know what I’m supposed to do to fix the issue. I can’t get to my site at all. I’ve tried looking up “FTP Client,” but could not make heads or tails of what they are or how to use them. Can you tell me how you fixed your site or recommend a good resource I can use to understand how to fix mine? I need instructions in plain and simple English that define all computer terms and jargon.

    Thank you,
    Ruth
