Plugin ERROR – Geo-targeting

  • Hi –

    I get this error in my WordPress AALB settings:
    ERROR – WordPress could not find file GeoLite2-Country.mmdb at “DownloadsFolder”(/var/www/volumes/xvdg3/vhosts/wildlifesafariadventures.com/httpdocs/wp-content/uploads/amazon-associates-link-builder), so geo-targeted links will not work correctly.

    I contacted the admin of my website to get the read/write permission and they try the following:

    ‘We corrected the permission of all the files and directories. Also, uploaded the file “GeoLite2-Country.mmdb” manually to DownloadsFolder. Still, it is showing an error.’

    So can you help me with this?
