When I click on the Gallery link I get the following errors:

Warning: require_once(/home/kofc2014/public_html/wp-content/plugins/photo-gallery/frontend/views/BWGViewAlbum_masonry_preview.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/kofc2014/public_html/wp-content/plugins/photo-gallery/frontend/controllers/controller.php on line 13

Fatal error: require_once(): Failed opening required ‘/home/kofc2014/public_html/wp-content/plugins/photo-gallery/frontend/views/BWGViewAlbum_masonry_preview.php’ (include_path=’.:/opt/cpanel/ea-php72/root/usr/share/pear’) in /home/kofc2014/public_html/wp-content/plugins/photo-gallery/frontend/controllers/controller.php on line 13
The site is experiencing technical difficulties.

Also – when I insert the Gallery using Elementor it SEEMS to work but when I try and edit and change the type to Carousel (or any others) or another type and click Update I get this error:

    Server Error (500 Error).

Everything else on my sire is working perfectly.

    Thanks for your assistance.

    Hi @joe-dunn,

    Thanks for your inquiry.

    Please try the following steps:

    1. Please deactivate and delete the plugin and install again
    2. If this won’t help please check your website’s PHP version and write to us and make sure that you are not using a very old version
    3. This can be a conflict with other tools you use, please try to deactivate your plugins one by one and check one gives the issue
    4. If none of the above cases, then, please switch wp_debug – true and check the errors and send us, the most probably there should be some errors that make our plugin not work correctly.
