Plugin errors on Affiliate page “Your Site is Experiencing a Technical Issue”

WP-Appbox crashed on my stage site on the Affiliate ID page.
I got emails from WordPress saying “Your Site is Experiencing a Technical Issue” while I was on the Affiliate IDs tab of the plugin and disabled the check box for adding my own ID.

The option to add own Affiliate ID is also missing
Where can we add our own Amazon affiliate IDs? Un checking the box does nothing.
The app doesn’t seem to show where to add Amazon Affiliate ID
