• Is there a way to disable the automatic default email from eShop? I’ve looked around quite a bit for a solution before posting here.

    It appears that customers receive two emails upon successful checkout, one from my merchant gateway and another from eShop, I’m not sure both are required (or are they?)

  • Yes – both are required and you cannot disable them in eShop (although you can modify the email templates in each case).
