• 1: When someone registers for an event, it shows that they signed up 3 times in my events manager and marks 3 attendees when it should only be 1

    2: When I change an event to not Active, it still shows as active.

    3: When someone doesn’t finish the payment, it’s still showing in the paid category.

    Saw you mentioned you were going to update the free version 2 months ago and wanted to know if you planned to do that soon?

    These are all known issues that will be resolved when we move to the same code base as the premium version.

    We are making substantial updates and adding new features to the premium version on a daily/weekly/monthly basis.

    We don’t have a definite release date for the update to the free version. Once we feel comfortable with releasing the update to the free version, we will do so. However, we will only provide support for people that have purchased a support license.

    We have a hosted “Test Drive” of the premium version if you would like to compare the differences.

    Not sure why the answer he gave me isn’t showing here. Basically, the free version is meant to be broken so you pay $90 to get the “basic” premium version. So for all you that are having these same issues and not finding the answer, here’s why your plugin is buggy:

    Brendan,

    The free version is NOT meant to be broken and it works fine for most people. The premium version has a dedicated support team and is maintained on a regular basis.

    The code on the this (free) version is over two years old. I have lost access to make updates to it, so I guess it will remain broken until www.ads-software.com fixes whatever is wrong with the SVN so I can make updates.
