[Plugin: Event-O-Matic] Send Confirmation to Other Email

Hi, I just discovered Event-o-Matic and am trying to set it up for my blog. I want to let a certain user of my blog to manage this plugin. Is there a way to change the email notifications to be sent to the WP user’s email instead of the WP admin user’s? Or both?
Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks you!
