[Plugin: Event Organiser] Add attendees option

I am using Event Organiser to display appointments/tasks and i want to add an option to the events where users can check which function they want to fulfill. So a list of functions with radiobuttons or something.

For example:

[radiobutton] Interviewer
[radiobutton] Camera
[radiobutton] Whatever

[submit button] Submit

For every new event the radio buttons have different values so i want to give them new values each time a make an event. Maybe there is a way with custom fields or something?

Can someone tell me how to make this work? Or is it too complicated and is there a plugin or something which i can combine with my Event Organiser?
