[Plugin: Event Registration] Activation Error message

When I try to activate the plugin (installation successful) I receive the following error message and the plugin doesn’t activate.
Fatal error: Cannot redeclare class paypal_class in /home2/xxxxxx/public_html/yyyyyyyyyy/wp-content/plugins/event-registration/paypal.class.php on line 93
I’m using the Graphene Theme.
