[Plugin: Event Registration] data entry not being saved into database

  • I have created extra question for my event which i want those who register to answer. The issue is that for some reason, the data entries will get recorded into the database for some when they submit while others it won’t. This will happen to about 3-4 people out of 10 who are signing up. Any idea what might be happening?

    The backend database is MySQL version 5.0.77 while the PHP MySQL library version is 4.1.10. It’s able to support up to 1,000 connections so this shouldn’t be a problem. I’m also running the DB-Cache-Reloaded plugin to levitate the server.

    Any help or ideas would be much appreciated, I’ve been wrecking my brain trying to figure out what could be the issue for a few days now and no success.

  • I don’t think the author of this plugin offers support. I may be wrong, but it seems a lot of questions don’t get answered here. Give the Advanced Events Registration plugin a try. It is similar to this plugin and support requests are actually answered.
