[Plugin: Event Registration] Send out email to registered Attendees?

I know the Event Registration plugin can send a customized email to people as they register, and you can generate another one when entering in a payment. Is there a way to broadcast another custom email (even if it is the same as the confirmation emaail) to all the resgistered attendees for an event?
