[Plugin: Events Made Easy] Additional Fields on Booking Form

This has been implemented in the current released version.

Thanks for releasing the 1.0.6 version.
But of the 3 custom fields I added to the booking form (in my case: address, postal code, city), I only see the results of the first one on the CSV export and Print View.
Also, you mention to use the #_FIELDS place holder to add the info to the e-mails sent to contact persons and attendendees. Shouldn’t this be #_FIELDxx (where xx is the id of the custom field) so you could seperate the info gathered from multiple custom fields?
And would this placeholder also work in the attendees list (with #_ATTENDEES)?

See the changelog:
* Bugfix: the table for answers had a wrong index (primary), which resulted in only the first custom field to be stored in it
==> so only the first field had answers in it, this should now be ok for new bookings
For the mail: no, all the fields are mailed, or none.

I see, I checked with existing bookings, but with new bookings it’s indeed OK. Thanks!
Too bad the results of the extra form fields can not be addeded to the attendeeslist (yet)…
