[Plugin: Events Made Easy] Duplicating rsvp contact form in IE8

Hi

I’ve been using Events made easy with the rsvp contact form on a client’s website (testing it now) and it works perfectly in Safari, Chrome and Firefox but in IE8 it is kind of duplicating the form in the post: https://louisestroeh.dk/personligworkflow/events/6/fodselsdag/

Any idea of where this comes from and how to remove it?
