[Plugin: Events Manager] Allow admin to create bookings on behalf of users

I’m using Events Manager 5.1.7 and allow the creation of events with bookings. Registered users can login and make bookings and this works fine. However, I’m trying to figure out if the admin user can create a booking on behalf of a user. I’d want the result of the admin created booking to be the same as if the user had actually made the booking.
