if it was from a recurrence, try resaving the event with a correct cut-off date, one in the future. sounds like the issue explained above.

@marcus I went through each and every event and saved with a new cut-off date. Took me a while but it worked, thanks.

@johanlwc You didn’t show your booking cut-off date, my guess is you set one.

pls use jpg screenshots, so i don’t have to download them ??

I thought I left cut-off date empty.
Can it be so that I have missed a setting somwhere?
If so please point me to that.

you’ve uncovered a bug. if you disable single ticket mode for now, you should see a cut-off date, make sure that’s blank or with a future date, if it’s already blank, try setting a date in future
