[Plugin: Events Manager] Bookings not showing when PayPal payment pending

Having an issue with the booking notifications from paypal if the payment is held. it seems that in these cases the notification/s to the backend and to the registrant don’t go out. Plus the booking form details don’t show.

Help in where to look for a solution would be appreciated.
