[Plugin: Events Manager] Discounts to mulitple ticket purchases

Is there a way to apply a percentage discount to multiple ticket purchase for a single event? For example, if I have a single event with four ticket pricing options, can I apply a percentage discount if someone buys 2-3 tickets, and then a separate discount if someone buys all 4 tickets? It is one event, but there are 4 different “workshops” at the event. Also, I would like to apply a coupon discount on top of this – so a coupon discount that would discount a certain percent of the total purchase, and then conditional discounts based upon how many tickets are bought. I’ve searched the documentation fairly thoroughly and couldn’t find how to do this.
