[Plugin: Events Manager] excluding dates from recurring events?

I installed events manager on my website. It is meant to schedule guided tours.

I would like to create a recurring daily event which happens everyday but Mondays (because on Mondays the Museum to visit in the tour is closed).

A workaround could be to create 6 weekly recurring events for the other six days of the week, but I was wondering if there was a better solution for this.
