    From the changelog:

    * Improvement: use the wordpress defined charset and collation for the DB tables, this will benefit those with weird character sets. Watch out nd take a backup before doing this!
    * Bugfix: Changing the registration (number of reserved places) of a user for an event works again
    * Bugfix: the showperiod option to the [events_list] resulted in non-translated names for month/day. Has been fixed.
    * Bugfix: the special events page no longer changes the menu title
    * Feature: #_ATTENDEES shortcode available, will return a html-list of names attending the event
    * Feature: when editing an event, you can now make it recurrent
