    Using
    Events Manager 4.301.
    BuddyPress 1.5.1
    WordPress 3.2.1

    If a logged-in user clicks on:
    Groups -> SOME_GROUP_NAME -> events (SUBTAB)
    A list of group events will show up, whose URL will be something like:
    WP_DIR/members/t3/events/my-events/edit/?event_id=##
    which is the link to edit the events, instead of viewing event details and joining them. And if the user is not authorized to edit them, an “unauthorized” message is shown.

    The list shown here seem to be a group-qualified “My Events” list, which is available from “My Accounts” -> “Events”.

    In my opinion, a user, clicking a group then the “events” subtab, is seeking a list of events viewable to a group of which she is a member. She would expect to see details of the events and decide whether to book. So, why not show a group-qualified event list (similar to the one shown when clicking “Events” main navigation tab)?

    My proposal is that,

    1. if the user is the owner of the event, the URL points to event edit page;
    2. if a user is not owner but authorized to edit it, the URL points to event details page with both “book” and “edit this event” links;
    3. if a user is not authorized to edit the event, the URL points to event details with “book” link only, like those shown by clicking on “Events” main navigation tab.
