In the back end, for non network admins (but still admins with all available permissions enabled), guest bookings are repeating the values of the first entry. For example:

Joshua and Erica are registered users but Tester# are all different guest bookings. Clicking the booking shows the correct information for each booking, so the info is there. The list also looks as it should for the network admin and the csv export is the same deal.

I’m pretty sure this is a bug that should be patched. Let me know what I can do to fix this – time is of the essence.

are you using the no-user mode?

if so, try logging in as another admin and viewing those bookings, it might be that you assigned the bookings to your username and that causes issues (a bug that does need fixing)

Yes, we’re using the no-user guest bookings beta feature. I’ve set it to another admin (myself) so others can view the bookings properly. The event is live now so we’ll have to wait a bit to see a list of bookings to see if that did the trick.

Any word on when a patch will be available for this?

there probably won’t be a ‘patch’ immediately, what we’ll do is force you to choose subscribers. it doesn’t make ‘sense’ to assign those bookings to an active user.

I recommend you go into your database and just change the person_id of your bookings using your username to the one you newly assigned bookings to, works quite well once you do that.

So you mean create a new user exclusively for ‘owning’ guest bookings? Makes sense.

    Thanks for your help!

yes, exactly, one that nobody will use to log in with, and give them minimal permissions,

most use something like eventguestbookings or similar

    please help

i need to disable anonymous/guest mode registration in user table in event manager so that they can not be website members

    any suggestions ??

    Thanks in advance.
