[Plugin: Events Manager] Submission form automatically publishing

When I use the Submission form the event is automatically publishing instead of being marked as pending. Not sure, but this might be after I upgraded to the latest version. I am allowing anonymous event submissions with user default to anonymous as a subscriber.
