[Plugin: Events Manager] Updates Fail Consistently

    try to deactivate other plugins first then do the update again. Or try enabling WP_DEBUG and see if there’s any other error. Also, what do you mean by “Maintenance Mode” is that a page or just part of a message?

    Must be when updating the plugin.

    You need to either check your logs or try runinning with WP_DEBUG as angelonwl stated.
