[Plugin: Exclude Pages] Doesn't works with other plugin

I am using “Exclude Pages from Navigation” plugin,
but whats hapenning is, for a guest its been displayed on the navigation, but after the visitors logs in those pages are not displayed it seems this plugin worked ok previously..I’m using Members Only Menu Plugin , and it seen that there is a clash between these two plugin, when i deactivate this plugin, “Exclude pages” work just fine …
