Plugin exists but it doesn't appear at site plugin list

  • What can be the problem when a plugin appears available in plugin list (network administration), but it doesn’t appears at site plugins list (site administration).

    What is different between two lists? It is a normal plugin, not must use.

  • If you have network activated it, then it won’t appear in the sub site list of plugins.

    I know, but this plugin is not a network plugin activated. This is the strange thing.

    I actived and desactived again at network, but it still doesn’t appear at site plugin list.

    This plugin still works out at the sites where were activated.

    Is this ALL plugins or just one?

    If a plugin is only available to be network activated, then it’s not going to show up on the subsites ??
