if you clear order status filter — still wrong results ?

how did you get 33 ?

I’ve made a big debugging and know where is the problem. It doesn’t show 3 orders, because of size variable: https://www.dropbox.com/s/4pm6xb4s48cxdz1/Zrzut%20ekranu%202020-06-10%2021.19.57.png?dl=0.

Any ideas of what can be a reason? Looks like it filters correctly 30 customers that bought tshirt called “XYZ” with size XL, however it doesn’t show 3 customers who also bought same “XYZ” (size XL) tshirt.

I know that, because when I tried to remove size variable attribute from filter – it shows all customers correctly.

For these 3 customers – order items have different meta values.

Did you update attributes for this product ?

No, I didn’t. The other thing is that these 3 orders aren’t last orders. They are mixed with other orders that works. I.e. there is 10 orders, bug (doesn’t display), other 5 orders, bug etc.

Interesting is that each of these 3 orders was recovered using abandoned carts plugin for woocommerce. However I can’t be sure that this plugin broke something, because I have a lot of other orders that are also recovered and I can find them in export orders with selected XL size.

you can open “Misc Settings”, mark “Enable debug outout” and review SQLs.

so these 3 orders don’t have item meta rozmiar= XL

I suggest to compare orders ( exported and non-exported) , section “order items”.

Looks like it exports without any variations: https://www.dropbox.com/s/m6d3ny9j44zhv70/Zrzut%20ekranu%202020-06-11%2009.18.07.png?dl=0.

Variation is in the name but is not in Product variation and meta data columns.

    please, rephrase the problem
what exactly you can’t export ?

    Thread Starter Zyggmunt

    (@zyggmunt)

I summary: I can’t export an order with product called “Koszulka – JKM RAPU BóG – #Hot16Challenge2 – Czarny, XL” when I select Size variation attribute on “XL” in your plugin.

When I removed mentioned attribute in your plugin – I can see this order.

Now I know what can be a reason. If you look on the screen in my previous post – all exported orders have “Product Variation” and “Order Item Metadata” columns filled but the last one doesn’t.

This is probably the reason why this order is not visible when I try to export it using “Size (‘Rozmiar’ in polish)” attribute. It can’t be exported, because product in this order doesn’t have these fields filled.

Any idea of what can be a reason?

yes, these 3 orders don’t have correct item meta and I can’t help you.

Please, check how you created these orders .
I think there is a plugin which removes meta for cart items.
