[Plugin: Export to InDesign] Having problems since 3.3 upgrade

The upgrade to 3.3 seems to have broken this plugin (which otherwise works great).

Basically, if something is written in WordPress it exports fine except it seems to be dropping M-dashes (it replaces it with some sort of weird box with an x in the middle).

But the worst is if something is written in Word or copied and pasted from an e-mail. What happens here is that it then drops quotation marks and apostrophes.
