[Plugin: External Videos] Change the refresh time for youtube/vimeo videos

I have a suggestion for this plugin: could you make a text input that would allow you to change how often the plugin grabs and updates the youtube/vimeo videos.

It would also be useful if there would be a function that allows someone to stop the automatic grabbing of youtube/vimeo videos, but to still keep the posts.

Overall, this is a great plugin, if one of these suggestions could make it into the next version, it would be a even better plugin.
