    Hi,

Great plug-in, but I seem to be having an issue.

    1. User logs in using FB [though FB Connect].
    2. User is now registered as having logged in.

In the section where he used FB Connect, his name and picture appears together with the logout phrase “Logout.”

He now also has access to the WP Dashboard (with Subscriber rights), and to the right of the dashboard on top, it says, “Howdy, [name of User].”

    3. User logs out.

In the section where he used FB Connect, his name disappears, but his picture remains. The logout phrase is still there, “Logout.”

Question: Is this supposed to happen? Why does he need to logout again?

Now, my main issue is this. The WP Dashboard still appears! And this time, it no longer has the limited access rights of a Subscriber, but an Admin’s rights (my own!). To the right of the dashboard on top, it says, “Howdy, [my name as Admin!].”

Tried this using various laptops and it does the same thing. Help, please.

It’s because your are using it with your local settings.

Each time you login with Facebook, you must be sure to clean (by a logout) all your datas. Each time you log out, the website clean cookie and session.

If you logout from Facebook, and the logout on WP did not work, the plugin will try to login you and to merge both account.
So when you login with Fb and already connected to your WP account, the plugin will merge them.

For the error with empty user name and only logout link:
It’s a know issue and will be fixed in the 1.4.
This happens only when the users is logged in facebook, but not logged in WP.
That mean your site encounter an issue when the user logout.

The process of logout is the following:
    1. the user press logout button
    2. the user is redirected on the Facebook page to logout (FB only)
    3. the user is redirected by facebook to WP to logout (WP only)
    4. the user is totally logout.

you should try this process and verify that everything is working.

is it possible to logout from admin panel and facebook at once in this…

    if so, how.

Normally, logout should work as you described.
