    Hi there,

    My blog is on https://www.andreaweddings.com/blog
I am getting the following errors from the FB Debugger:

Admins And App ID Missing: fb:admins and fb:app_id tags are missing.
Like Button Tag Missing: og:title is missing.
Like Button Tag Missing: og:type is missing.
Like Button Tag Missing: og:image is missing.

Inferred Property: The ‘og:url’ property should be explicitly provided, even if a value can be inferred from other tags.
Inferred Property: The ‘og:title’ property should be explicitly provided, even if a value can be inferred from other tags.
Inferred Property: The ‘og:description’ property should be explicitly provided, even if a value can be inferred from other tags.
Inferred Property: The ‘og:image’ property should be explicitly provided, even if a value can be inferred from other tags.

However, if you put in the url of a specific post, ex. https://www.andreaweddings.com/2012/03/23/the-champers-is-ready/ the only error I get is Extraneous Property: Objects of this type do not allow properties named ‘fb:page_id’.

My problem is that it pushes my logo to FB as the image, even though I have %POST_IMAGE% as the image URL. I really need the image to be pulled from the post each time, not the same logo over and over, since this is a photography blog.

Can you help? Why is it pulling the logo when there is no url in there anymore leading it to that?

    Thanks,
    Andrea

Um, of course I spend hours trying to fix the image not posting correctly in Facebook, and only after I post in this forum does it magically fix itself.

Anyway, would still be nice to know what those errors are, as I haven’t a clue.

In the meantime, I think the url for the image itself when initially posting the image in WP *HAS TO BE* to itself. It can’t be back to the post, or to somewhere else. Anyway, that’s what fixed it in the end. The url for the image in the post (this is in the media bit of WP) has to be to it’s location on the server.

The value %POST_IMAGE% is only here to use the featured image of WP, or to find the first image in the post.

If no image found, even if you use the %POST_IMAGE%, the plugin will use the image of your facebook app.

So if your logo was always used, it’s beacause as you said wordpress did not find any image on those posts.
