    You want support ? Ok but i need you verify some things before to post here.

    1. Read the documentation of the plugin, sometimes, the answer is here.
    2. Verifiy that you have the latest version of the plugin and the latest version of WP. (no support for old version)
    3. Search in the forum or in the Bug tracker for an answer to your question.

    If with all that point you did not found what you search, you can ask your question here.

    If the Error come from a confirmed Bug, Please submit directly a bug on the bug tracker not here.

  • Hello,

    I used the open graph action on my blog. evry work fine before install w3tc plugin. now the action is publish on the timeline just for the page or after deleted caches files. but it work fine for the page. I can see also on my activity history the current action, but he deleted after 5 mn. please let me know how can i do to use open graph action with w3tc plugin

    @segadiarrah you must create a new thread.

    The premium plugin is not compatible with W3tc.
    w3tc is a cache system that generate the whole page as static page.

    Some value are dynamic and cannot be static. So the process will be break if the page is an html page.

    hello i am having minor issues with facebook walleria plugin

    1- facebook awd doesnt activate untill i decativate FB wallaeraia and then activate fb AWD then reactivate fb wallaeria

    2- if i attempt to activate fb AWD with wallaeria on i get the facebook.php redeclare error on line 160

    now i know that the error happens because of trying to redecalare the facebook.php can only occur once, so my question is how can i have pluguins work and coexist and use the Fb API just one time

    This is a sketchy part, because we do not know if the class added by other plugin is up to date.

    You can look into the file class.facebook_awd_api.php this is where i extend the facebookk class.

    Please if you want more support, consider to use gitHub repository, it’s really better to work on gitHub. Svn and wordpress plugin repositories really sucks…
