[Plugin: Facebook] Can post to page but not personal timeline

I have the plugin about halfway set up.
It posts to my page just fine and it shows my personal friends in the box to tag them in. But it won’t post to my page.
When I try to set up opengraph, it looks different than the screenshot in the instructions. I have to select information in 2 places. First “publish” but then there is a second box where I have to put in an object, and I think this is where the issue is? I chose article, but maybe it should be something else?
Also, I don’t think I ever got the banner to authenticate with facebook, but I wouldn’t be able to post to the page without it or see my friends to tag them, correct?
