[Plugin: Facebook comments / comments counter] Count keeps reading 0

In order to make commenting on my site a little easier I went with the ‘Facebook comments for wordpress’ plugin. Everything seems to work alright, except for the counter.

The count on the homepage (that shows all the articles) always reads 0. Whether there are any comments or not. Now, theoretically the current version has an option to combine counts (from wordpress and facebook comments) ‘Enable native facebook comment count (does nothing unless “v2 only” is selected).’ So I’ve enabled that, but it doesn’t work.

Now, because that option is there I didn’t think I needed the ‘Facebook comments counter’ plugin as well. But I tried it anyway, however, that doesn’t work either.

I use the headway theme by the way.

Oh, and is there any way to have the comments appear in chronological order? So that the first comment would remain the top one? Chronological order is only an option for V1 comments if I saw that correctly.
