lulapro, double check that your FB secret is correct. This usually occurs because your app ID or secret are set incorrectly.

Hi Graham ! Thanx for your answer!

I already checked before asking here, ‘couse I found in the forum someone with a problem similar to mine. I believe the id and secret in the app is the same in the url parameters “client_id” and “client_secret”, right? If so, it’s the same values (By the way, i don’t know if send the values here like i did was a good ideia..Anyway…).

I don’t use the “API Key” of the App anywhere, that’s right?

There is anything else for me to try?

    Thanx again!

Graham – we are getting the same error (different server and key values)

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Here’s one post to see the error at:

    Thanks!

you have 2 errors gnome! i only have 1. basically same thing though. i tried disabling a couple plugins like the share/save addtoany plugin and the facebook comment control, but no luck. i didn’t double check my API and secret and ID or whatever because i didn’t have this error before and it was the same info

check out my error on any posts like this one:

file_get_contents is disabled by most hosting companies since it is a security vulnerability when used in conjunction with user input. The development version of fbcomments fixes this. It can be downloaded from here and then installed manually via wp-admin (https://www.fantasycouch.com/wp-admin/plugin-install.php?tab=upload and https://www.gnomegames.com/wp-admin/plugin-install.php?tab=upload).

we8u – thank you very much! I was having this same problem and didn’t get a response elsewhere about how to fix it. I really appreciate you taking the time to share this. I installed the new plugin and the error has been corrected.

    Thank you again!
