[Plugin: Facebook] Couple bugs/feature requests with 1.0.2

Hello, I like this plugin because it’s a one-stop-shop for Facebook. I am noticing some issues that other plugins have. I prefer to stick with this official plugin and have these items implemented.

1) With other Facebook comment plugins I have moderator tools which allow me 2 things. a) it allows me to moderate comments right from my blog post and b) it also notifies me on Facebook when someone has commented on my blog.

1b is the most important thing I miss. Is there a work around for this?

2) I would like to be able to display comments on the front page of posts, not just within the single post. I would also like to be able to specify the number of comments to show (something found in other comment plugins)

3) The ability to have the like button at the bottom of posts would be great. Right now it’s top only. Top/Bottom/Both would be ideal.
