[Plugin: Facebook] Email Notification not working for post replies when using FB Plugin

I have the FB plugin installed on my wife’s website at https://www.momtomarathon.com. People can comment, she can post to her timeline etc but does not get any notification of when people reply to a post. It is pointless if she has to manually go to each individual post to see if anyone has commented. Did I miss a setting?
